The 2022 City of Chehalis “FREE” Music in the Park series kick’s off this Friday night at Recreation Park. This is the first of three shows on three consecutive Friday nights. There are no seats so bring your own or a blanket.
Week #1 is our country night, and we begin with a huge double-headliner show with national artists Michelle Wright followed by Ty Herndon. Both have sold millions of albums and are multiple award winners. The show on Friday night will be an acoustic performance for both performers.
Michelle Wright is most known for her songs “Take it Like a Man,” “He would be 16″ and “New Kind of Love.” Ty Herndon has 3 #1 hits including “What Mattered Most, “Living in a Moment” and “It Must Be Love” plus 17 other charted songs.
Michelle is in the Canadian Hall of Fame and Ty is Grammy-nominated and has won the Dove Award and has two Gold albums.
Both performers will be available for autographs and pictures after the show. There will be
merchandise for sale on site.

Cost: FREE but there are no chairs, bring your own
Location: Recreation Park, 221 13th Ave., Chehalis
Food/Drink: You may bring your own food and drink but alcohol is not allowed. There will be food vendors on site.
Parking: Lots of free parking all around the park.
