Lewis County Sandbag Shed – Self Service
LOCATION: 19 SW Cascade Ave. in Chehalis. Corner of Main and SW Cascade in the brick garage, SE corner of the Law & Justice Center parking lot.
City of Chehalis Sandbags Location – Self Service, limited quantities available
LOCATION: 25 SW Circle Ave. in Chehalis. Corner of 13th and Market Blvd, behind Security State Bank in the gravel parking area.
City of Centralia Sandbag Location – Self Service
LOCATION: Parking lot at W. Maple and N. Pearl, kitty-corner from City Hall.
Area 7 Shop
LOCATION: 8911 US Hwy 12 in Randle. Sand and sandbags available to the public
Packwood Fire Station
LOCATION: 12953 US-12, Randle. Sand and sandbags are available.
Flood Warnings
FLOOD WARNING FOR THE COWLITZ RIVER AT RANDLE – Moderate flooding expected
The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Warning for the Cowlitz River at Randle affecting Lewis County in effect from late tonight to early Sunday morning. The flood stage is 18.0 feet. At 8:45 p.m., the stage was 10.4 feet. Moderate flooding is forecast. The river is expected to rise above the flood stage late tonight to a crest of 21.9 feet Friday afternoon. It river will not fall below the flood stage until Saturday evening.

The National Weather Service issued a Flood Warning for the Cowlitz River at Packwood affecting Lewis County through late tomorrow evening. Minor flooding is forecast SEOO/ED).

FLOOD WARNING FOR THE NEWAUKUM RIVER NEAR CHEHALIS – Moderate flooding expected
The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Warning for the Newaukum River near Chehalis in Lewis County in effect from late tonight to early Saturday afternoon. The flood stage is 202.5 feet. At 6:45 p.m. the stage was 199.3 feet. Moderate flooding is forecast. The river is expected to rise above the flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest near 205 feet Friday afternoon. It will then fall below the flood stage early Saturday morning.
