Lewis County Public Health & Social Services (LCPHSS) announced August 13 that eight more Lewis County residents have tested positive for COVID-19. This brings the total number of Lewis County residents who have tested positive to 251.

Five of the eight new patients are under age 20, one is in their 20s, and two are in their 30s. No new deaths, hospitalizations, or recoveries were reported.

Four of these eight new patients live in County Commissioner District #1, two live in District #2, and two live in District 3. New case totals by Commissioner District are:

No new overall testing data was available from the Washington State Department of Health today. As of its last report, 6,393 Lewis County residents have been tested for COVID-19.
