Lewis County Public Health & Social Services (LCPHSS) announced on June 15 that two more county residents in their 60s have tested positive for COVID-19. One person lives in Commissioner District #1, the other in District #2. This brings the total number of known county residents with positive tests to 40, 31 of whom are considered recovered under the current definition. Three of the 40 who tested positive have died.

Positive test cases and recoveries have occurred in all areas of the county. Breaking them down by County Commissioner district shows:

To date, there have been 2,815 tests administered in Lewis County, with 40 cases confirmed (1.4% positive).
