Dwayne Boggs of Boggs Inspection Services knows there is no “i” in team. He’s spent the past twelve years building his business through teamwork, honestly and relationships throughout the South Sound. Some of his strongest bonds have been made with local realtors through his clear, concise and thorough inspection reports for their clients.
For over a decade, he has been partnering with real estate agents throughout Lewis County and beyond, helping new home buyers close their deal feeling they know as much as possible about their property.
The Boggs team’s signature inspection service – comprehensive, unbiased, informative – is one that realtors feel confident recommending to their clients. Throughout the years, strong relationships have been created and countless realtors name Boggs Inspection Service among their most trusted partners.
Dwayne doesn’t take their trust, or their business, lightly. He knows there are choices for local inspections and appreciates each and every call his three licensed inspectors receive. Each December, Dwayne and a few of his “elves” hit the roads with their company cars filled to the brim with gorgeous poinsettias. Each plant is personally delivered to real estate agents throughout Lewis County who have hired a Boggs’ inspector this year. He was joined by office manager Heather and marketing assistant Gina this year to spread a bit of holiday cheer, and share their many thanks, throughout the area.
Dwayne knows, however, that the relationships he builds aren’t just good for building business, they build community. As a result, he chooses to purchase his annual thank you plants through different local charities, giving back while spreading his thanks.
To close out 2016, Dwayne purchased his plants through the Kiwanis Club. The 337 poinsettias bought, with 45% of the money going directly to a variety of local charity groups, it’s a win-win for everyone.
This year, the local groups that received funds from the Boggs Inspection Services are: the Thurston County Food Bank, Capital High School Key Club, Olympia High School Key Club, Kiwanis Children’s Cancer Program at Seattle Children’s Hospital and the Youth Law Enforcement Camp.
While his sharing his thanks while giving back is one of his favorite events of the year, Dwayne holds charitable giving and community services as one of his core company values throughout the year. Several times during the year Dwayne and his team give a portion of each inspection done during a particular month to a charitable organization. Most recently, Boggs inspectors have raised money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association alongside Weichert Reynolds Real Estate, Olympia’s SafePlace and the Autism Society. “Giving back is just part of who we are as a company,” explains Dwayne. “Our community is important to us and their support is a big reason we are growing as a company today. We always want to include giving back as part of our business.”
To date, Dwayne and his team have raised around $7,000.
On December 13 and 14, Dwayne and his team brought their end-of-year cheer to offices throughout Centralia, Chehalis and beyond. The face-to-face connection – a sincere thank you for the support – isn’t just good business, it’s just part of Boggs Inspection Service’s philosophy.
