Centralia Outlets is uniquely positioned along the I-5 corridor—halfway between Portland and Seattle, off of exit 82. People from around the world stop to shop at discounted prices. Last year, visitors from 136 cities in Washington State, 41 states, and 28 countries made a point to explore Centralia Outlets. An on-site information center provides visitors with maps, coupon books, and area attractions.
- History
In 1988, London Fog reached out to original developers, hoping to open the area’s first factory-direct shopping center. Soon, the popular shops of that era, including Corningware Corelle, Van Heusen and L’eggs Hanes Bali Playtex (now known as Hanes Brands), began providing shoppers with the experience of outlet shopping and factory-direct savings.
- Sandwiches
Quiznos Subs is conveniently located on the Centralia Outlet grounds. With low prices, the chef-inspired recipes are a great way to refuel. They use only premium-quality ingredients like signature sauces, freshly sliced meats and fresh vegetables and artisan breads.
- Impeccable Grounds
An extensive remodel in 2006-2008 brought in additional stones and beams, widened sidewalks, and upgraded bathrooms. Centralia Outlets works to maintain a beautiful property with annual landscaping and painting, and efforts to use green energy, such as converting to LED lighting.

Centralia Outlets is home to the only outlet store for Bath and Body Works in the Northwest. This also applies to Gold Toe, providing everything from super cute socks to medical grade socks.
