Every year, the Chehalis Land Trust Team plants baby trees along the river at Discovery Trail to help support the reinvigoration of this critical habitat!
Please join our November 15th Work party at Chehalis River Discovery Trail to prepare the planting sites for the Winter 2025 tree group and place trees in their new homes along the riverfront.
Work will include removing invasive thistles, invasive canary grass, scouting tree locations, learning tree species, digging, and planting saplings of mixed species.
