This community events calendar is the place to find fun activities and things to do throughout Lewis County, including Centralia, Chehalis and beyond.
The evil and greedy Medusa Dunnit has taken over the sleepy little town of Critter Crossing with the help of weak-willed Judge Wally Wessell and Sheriff Black Bert Bushwacker. Who will step forward to help plucky Penelope Fortune save Critter Crossing’s Orphan School and Old Folks Home from these evil villains? The Roxy Players follow this classic melodrama with vaudeville-style music and comedy.

Funds raised at the event will benefit NODA, a program at Providence Centralia Hospital designed to support patients at the end of their lives with a dignified and compassionate death. NODA consists of “compassionate companions” who volunteer their time and presence to provide bedside companionship to dying patients in their last hours and moments of life.
This year, those who attend the event can expect a memorable and fun-filled evening starting with a Pre-Gala Champagne hour that includes a classic and sports auto museum tour, a gourmet plated dinner and hosted bar, a wine grab, a dessert dash, an exciting silent and live auction of unique adventures, experiences and highly-sought after items, and live entertainment by the Backfire Band. The Community Farmers Market of Chehalis invites you to their 13th annual Harvest Dinner celebration and fundraiser. It’s a Masquerade Ball so come in costume or as you are for an evening of farm to table food, live jazz music, dancing, and community building.
We are proud to partner with Jay Ryan of Hub City Grub, Cara Buswell from Good Stuff Catering, Callisons Inc., McFiler’s Bar, and City Farm Chehalis to bring you this incredible event. Doors open at 4:00 p.m., dinner is served at 6:00 p.m. with gluten free and vegan options available!
There will be free mask making at Tuesday market on September 17th and 24th from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

There will be a silent auction from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. and a dessert auction after dinner. All proceeds go directly to the Farmers Market and support farm to consumer food access in Lewis County.

Casino Royale Gala, Providence Centralia Hospital’s 2019 Gala Dinner & Auction, will take place on Saturday, Oct. 12, from 5:00 – 9:30 p.m. at the Jester Auto Museum & Event Center in Chehalis. The Gala Dinner & Auction is Providence Health Care Foundation’s largest event fundraiser of the year and includes a champagne hour with auto museum viewing, silent and live auction, dessert dash, wine grab, and live dance music by the Bruce Maier Band.
Funds raised will support the purchase of an E-ICU unit. An Electronic Intensive Care Unit is a form of telemedicine that uses state of the art technology to provide an additional layer of critical care services. It is a supplement – not a replacement – to the beside team, offering support and delivering need-to-know information to caregivers, empowering them to care for their patients who need it most in the moments that matter most.
