Join other book lovers for coffee and a chat about books. No assigned reading! You pick! Share what you’ve been reading lately and hear from others about what they’ve been reading. Discussion facilitated by Chehalis Timberland Library Staff.

Join Kitty Kat Haven for a winter paint night. All supplies will be provided for you, and your masterpiece will be ready to take home at the end of the night, this is a beginner class. All work will be acrylic paint on canvas. Proceeds go towards helping the cats under the care of KKH.
Bring a snack to share if you would like. The cost is $25 per person. It is recommended that you wear an apron or smock to protect your clothing in the event that paint is spilled. Snacks and non-acholic drinks will be provided.
Paint nights are really fun! Anyone can paint even if you’ve never done it before. All the paintings will be a little different because everyone has their own style. Click on the event picture to see the whole canvas. You can customize your painting how you’d like to make it unique to you! Instruction will be provided step by step and will take two or two and a half hours.

Join us for an in-home virtual workshop! This short course is designed for beginning home gardeners who want to grow nutritious food. We will share ideas about how to design a low-cost, non-permanent, productive home garden! We are especially excited to work with those who have small yards and apartment balconies where creative space-efficient strategies can make it possible to have a home garden that provides fresh food and fun learning opportunities for all.
