Let’s Play Something will be doing our 2nd annual KID FEST (at the Funtime Festival) at the Napavine shopping center at 114 NW Alder Ave (in front of Annie’s market) on JULY 15th! We’ll have bounce houses from The Hop Shop, balloon creations by Mr. Twister, face painting, carnival style games, crafts and activity booths, and so much more!! Live music provided by our own Payton Gifford! We’ll even have the Calico Critter mascot at our event this year! 😀 Be sure to check it out! We’ll start right after the Funtime Festival parade ends, around noon (parade starts at 11am).
Hello fellow bakers! Lets meet up for introductions and to plan our first bake! Stop by The Station Coffee Shop at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday December 31 if you would like to participate.
This will be a simple meet and greet to get acquainted and to organize our first official meet up with our baked good to share!
If you would like to participate in the first bake, but cannot attend the meet and greet simply send me a message and I’ll fill you in on the details.

Burnt Ridge Nursery founder Michael Dolan will lead a tour of our 20-acre organic fruit and nut orchard, with a focus on crops that ripen in the summer including blueberries, mulberries, and figs. Cultivation and propagation techniques will be discussed, as well as the specific characteristics of the varieties that do well here in the Pacific Northwest. Fruit samples and snacks will be provided to-go this year, and all events will be held outdoors in compliance with Washington state COVID guidelines. 2 tours: 10 am -noon and 1:30-3:30. Limit of 30 guests per tour. $15 per individual; $30 for a family (up to 4 people). Parking is limited, please carpool if possible. Delight in the fragrance of delicious gingerbread cookies you will bake with Makayla Roberson of Mak’s Snack Shack! While your cookies are baking in the oven, you will decorate previously baked gingerbread cookies with royal icing and fun toppings! One adult chef and one child chef (age 5-8) per registration can enjoy this winter celebration that is sure to awaken your internal baking show contestant!
