The evil and greedy Medusa Dunnit has taken over the sleepy little town of Critter Crossing with the help of weak-willed Judge Wally Wessell and Sheriff Black Bert Bushwacker. Who will step forward to help plucky Penelope Fortune save Critter Crossing’s Orphan School and Old Folks Home from these evil villains? The Roxy Players follow this classic melodrama with vaudeville-style music and comedy.

Burnt Ridge Nursery founder Michael Dolan will lead a tour of our 20-acre organic fruit and nut orchard, with a focus on crops that ripen in the summer including blueberries, mulberries, and figs. Cultivation and propagation techniques will be discussed, as well as the specific characteristics of the varieties that do well here in the Pacific Northwest. Fruit samples and snacks will be provided to-go this year, and all events will be held outdoors in compliance with Washington state COVID guidelines. 2 tours: 10 am -noon and 1:30-3:30. Limit of 30 guests per tour. $15 per individual; $30 for a family (up to 4 people). Parking is limited, please carpool if possible. The Wynoochee River: Come Experience It!
Pack a picnic lunch and hang out at the river with us! Wade in, enjoy a swim, kayak and learn how to safely enjoy the river while also protecting its waters.
Community groups will be on hand to:
• Provide boater and water safety information
• Share knowledge and activities on salmon, water quality and stream flow
• Provide information on ways to get involved with Grays Harbor Stream Team and more!

Parking is limited. Please plan to carpool. Every half hour, a free Grays Harbor Transit shuttle bus will be available leaving from the Montesano Library.
