Southwest Washington Scholastic Chess Championships @ Centralia College

Lewis County youth from 6th to 12th grades are invited to compete in the Southwest Washington High School and Middle School Chess Championships. The chess tournament, a Regional State Qualifier, will be held Saturday, February 4 at Centralia College. Entry is free, and chess players of all abilities are welcome. Come join us at The Loft and shop our amazing group of vendors and artisans and eat some delicious food! Featuring Farmhouse goods, Handmade Items, Bath Goods, Home Decor, & MORE!
The Loft was built for mercantile and implements in 1906. The Sears came in the 1940’s. Mixed with history of timeless details of brick & mortar with hand-hewn old growth! This building is absolutely stunning! You won’t want to miss this Market!

Parking is FREE

We will be doing a door prize of a basket with goodies from our vendors! All the proceeds from the Raffle will go to the Lewis County Animal Shelter! Raffle tickets are $1 each!

Reach the Beach Washington welcomes riders from across the PNW on September 30, 2023 to enjoy a fast and flat century ride starting in Lacey, WA and ending with a celebration on the beach in Westport, WA. Riders can choose distance options ranging from 25, 44, 77, or 100 miles.

This unique and challenging ride, is the signature event of the American Lung Association and supports our mission to prevent lung disease and help the millions of people who are affected by lung disease in the U.S.

Getting involved as a bike rider or as a fundraiser is a wonderful way to show your support for someone in your life who has been suffering with a lung disease or in memory of someone loss. Ride on your own or gather your family and friends to ride on a team together!
