Residents of Chehalis now have a new destination for high-speed internet, mobile service, and smart home technology. Comcast has opened the city’s first Xfinity Store at Twin City Town Center West, located at 1433 NW Louisiana Avenue, giving locals a convenient spot to explore the latest in connectivity and entertainment.
The store, which officially opened this week, offers hands-on experiences with Xfinity products, including multi-gig Xfinity internet, Xfinity Mobile, Xfinity X1 video platform and home security solutions. Customers can also speak directly with experts about their technology needs — whether for home or business.
“Opening this new store allows us to deepen our investment in Chehalis and better serve the people who live and work here,” said Rigo Topete, Comcast’s vice president of sales and marketing for the Pacific Northwest. “It gives customers a welcoming, local space to connect directly with our team, get answers in real time, and explore the technology that powers their daily lives.”
The interactive showroom lets visitors test features like the Xfinity Voice Remote, learn about multi-gig internet speeds, and discover cost-saving options such as Xfinity Mobile, which can cut wireless bills by up to half in the first year. The store also offers NOW, a prepaid, no-contract service for internet, mobile, and streaming TV — ideal for those seeking flexibility.
For local businesses, Comcast Business specialists are on hand to discuss solutions ranging from secure networking to advanced cybersecurity.
The store is open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Residents can stop by to sign up for services, manage accounts, return equipment, or simply learn more about the latest tech.
