Have you been curious about Nia but not been ready to jump into a class? This is the workshop for you! You’ll dance, move, laugh and shake and put pleasure into your workout!
Experience Nia in this 2 hour workshop designed specifically for beginners. We’ll introduce the basic concepts and principals of Nia and get moving in a beginning-level Nia class.
All levels of fitness are welcome and no experience required!

Join us for a community drum circle. Connect to the inner wisdom that drumming can provide for you. Allow yourself to engage in chanting, singing, dancing and laughing if the spirit moves you. As this is a newly formed drum circle we need experienced drummers to come and elevate the beat. Please bring your drum, some water and snacks to share and a great attitude. It’s the last Friday Farmers Market in downtown Chehalis! We’re wrapping it up with an amazing street concert from Paul Mauer and the Silence!! Come out for live music and hot food. Visit with your favorite farmers market vendors. Produce is abundant there are pumpkins and squash, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, corn, beets, cabbage, gourmet cultivated mushrooms, flowers, herbs, plants, art, fresh eggs, hand and body salves, hand crafted teas, jellies and jams, organic cheeses and much more! We may be small, but we pack in the variety! Thank You Chehalis! Tuesday Market will be open through the end of October.
