The Chehalis Rotary Club is starting up its annual effort to make Christmas a little merrier for seniors in the community. Martha Hunt is the program Chairperson and is coordinating the program to bring gifts to the residents of the Prestige Senior Care Facility.

“I have received a list of wants and needs from seniors at the facility and now we will allow members to choose the person or persons they want to provide for,” said Hunt. “This is one of our most popular programs of the year and our members have always been extraordinarily generous.”

The Chehalis Rotary is currently accepting new members. For more information on membership please contact Boyd Calder, owner of Bartel’s Clothing and Shoes on Market Blvd. in downtown Chehalis. You can stop by and get a member packet from him, we are sure he would love to see you in his store, or you can call 360.748.0277.
