Lewis County Public Health & Social Services (LCPHSS) announced August 17 that six more Lewis County residents have tested positive for COVID-19. This brings the total number of Lewis County residents who have tested positive to 282.

One of these six is under 20, one is in their 20s, two are in their 30s, and two are in their 40s. None of the six are hospitalized. No new recoveries or deaths were reported.

Four of these six new patients live in County Commissioner District #1, one each lives in District #2 and District #3. New case totals by Commissioner District are:

No new overall testing data was available from the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) today.
