Join caregivers from Providence and the Centralia Rotary for a free night of information, fun and food Thursday, Sept. 27, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Centralia College’s Transalta Hall.
This is the sixth year the Rotary and Providence have teamed to provide a community health night. This year will focus on:
- Healthy food and lifestyle choices
- Why communication and relationships are important to your health
- Health screenings/questions for your doctor

Come early to enjoy snacks and beverages, and visit booths for information.
Planned exhibits include:

- Providence Medical Group – Chehalis Family Medicine
- Providence SoundHomeCare and Hospice
- Southwest Washington Prostate Cancer Support Group
- Rehabilitation therapists
- Advanced care planning

Featured food for the evening will be prepared by Providence Registered Dieticians – and you’ll be able to take home the recipes to help start creating healthy lifestyle ideas for yourself:
- Smoked Salmon Dill Capers Crostini
- Zucchini “Sushi” Rolls
